You agree to use ValueLabFocus services lawfully and not for any fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purpose. Prohibited uses include submitting false information, infringing intellectual property rights, or attempting to compromise service security.

Access to some programs, features or content may be restricted in certain countries due to local laws, export controls or commercial considerations. ValueLabFocus does not represent that all services are available globally.

Account Registration and Responsibility

To access certain features or enroll in programs you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that contact and billing information associated with your account is accurate and current. ValueLabFocus is not liable for issues that arise from inaccurate or outdated account information.

ValueLabFocus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or are associated with fraudulent activity. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

Programs are subject to availability, instructor schedules and minimum enrolment requirements. ValueLabFocus will endeavor to provide advance notice of cancellations or rescheduling and to offer reasonable alternatives where practicable.

Conduct and Acceptable Use

Participants and visitors are expected to maintain professional conduct consistent with the educational nature of ValueLabFocus programs. The following rules guide acceptable behavior and use of our services.

• Respectful and professional interaction during workshops and online forums.
• No harassment, discriminatory language or threats towards staff or other participants.
• Compliance with intellectual property rights and refrain from unauthorized recording or distribution of training materials.
• No submission of fraudulent or misleading information during registration or in program interactions.
• Adherence to any additional rules published for specific courses, certifications or events.
• Use of our communication channels for their intended purpose and avoidance of spam or promotional content without permission.
• Cooperation with reasonable requests from ValueLabFocus staff concerning safety, security and policy compliance.

User Content and Contributions

Certain programs and online areas allow participants to submit content, such as comments, case studies, or forum posts. By contributing, you grant ValueLabFocus rights to use the material as described below and accept responsibility for your submissions.

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights you grant to ValueLabFocus. Ensure you have the necessary rights to submit material that does not infringe third-party rights.

By submitting content you grant ValueLabFocus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, adapt and display the content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving our services, including educational use within programs.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your submissions. ValueLabFocus may moderate, remove or refuse content that violates these Terms or applicable law, including content that is defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

If you wish to request removal of your content, contact ValueLabFocus with details of the content and its location. We will assess removal requests in accordance with legal obligations and program requirements.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in ValueLabFocus materials, training content, activity and site design are owned by or licensed to ValueLabFocus. Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal or internal business development in connection with the program.

• Do not reproduce, distribute or publish ValueLabFocus materials without prior written consent.
• Do not create derivative works for commercial redistribution without explicit authorization.
• Respect all copyright notices and proprietary markings on course materials and digital content.

Paid Services and Enrollment

Certain ValueLabFocus programs and services require payment. Registration is confirmed upon successful payment in accordance with the terms set out at the point of sale and in this section.

Program fees and pricing are stated on ValueLabFocus.pro and at registration. Prices may include applicable local taxes. Promotional offers have specified validity periods and terms that will apply when booking.

We accept payment methods specified at checkout. Payment must be completed to secure enrollment. Where applicable, clients authorise ValueLabFocus to charge the chosen payment method for fees and any agreed additional charges.

Subscription services, where offered, will be billed at the cadence disclosed at the time of signup. You may cancel future subscription renewals in accordance with the cancellation policy for that service.

Refunds are handled according to the specific refund policy for the purchased program. Refund requests should be submitted promptly with supporting details; we will assess each request against program terms and delivery status.

Participants who cancel enrollment must follow the cancellation procedure outlined at registration. Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and the specific program terms communicated at purchase.

Participants are responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction. ValueLabFocus may collect taxes where required by law and will indicate such charges during checkout.

ValueLabFocus may adjust prices for future offerings. Changes will not affect the price already paid for confirmed enrollments unless communicated otherwise at our discretion.

Non-payment may result in enrollment cancellation, access restriction or other collection measures permitted by law. ValueLabFocus reserves the right to recover unpaid amounts and associated administrative costs.

Upon termination, access to program content may be revoked and outstanding fees may remain payable. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice and options where termination affects scheduled programs.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ValueLabFocus operations. For residents and businesses interacting with ValueLabFocus in Malaysia, Malaysian law will apply to the extent required. Parties should seek legal counsel to understand specific legal implications.

Dispute Resolution
